Duties

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including business formations and compliance.

• Draft, review, and negotiate M&A-related agreements.
• Manage transaction documents and maintain comprehensive legal records.
• Collaborate with clients to align legal advice with business goals.
• Work with internal teams to deliver comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in NJ; NY admission is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate, commercial law, and M&A.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.

Education
