Duties

• Develop litigation strategy and draft pleadings for global matters.
• Guide clients through regulatory investigations and compliance strategies.
• Advise on risk assessments for new products and business structures.
• Analyze and present global legal analysis impacting social media companies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and strong academic record.
• Motivated to develop professional skills and client service excellence.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor or equivalent degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing.
