Duties

• Manage a full caseload from initial stages through final disposition.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Develop strategic legal approaches and counsel clients on their best interests.
• Represent clients at mediations, depositions, trials, and hearings.
• Collaborate with investigators or experts to strengthen case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements to maximize client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely billing entries.

Requirements

• Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in a business litigation law firm.
• At least five years as a Senior Litigation Attorney.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California Bar Association.
