The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of managing an active litigation caseload and experienced in drafting and preparing pleadings, briefs, motions, and other litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition, oral argument, and trial preparation; conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. First-chair experience is a plus. Current member of the North Carolina bar with litigation experience in North Carolina federal and state courts essential.
