The ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

Duties

• Represent private equity sponsors and banks in financial transactions.
• Work with credit agreements and commitment papers.
• Draft and negotiate collateral agreements and deliverables.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
