The candidate will work directly with attorneys on matters. Prepare Medical Chronologies. Prepare Medical Bill Spreadsheets. Intake initial demand packages and breakdown/prepare for attorney review. Conduct detailed Background Checks (social media, criminal, etc.). Identify all non-parties i.e. insureds, doctors, healthcare facilities, employers and log. Prepare materials for depositions/mediations/trials. Review depositions for relevant defense arguments and identifying new healthcare providers to subpoena. Must prepare/process public records requests, document demands, requests for admission, and medical authorizations. Work with experts, send documents, attend and summarize conferences. Follow-up for updated lien information as case continues. Must have Paralegal Certification.
