Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Federal Court.
• At least one year of prior bankruptcy experience, handling Chapter 7/13 matters.
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license.

Skills
