Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements, including licensing and cloud services.
• Handle privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity provisions in transactions.
• Advise clients on compliance with privacy and data protection laws.
• Support clients in responding to cybersecurity incidents and data breaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated advice.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions, privacy, or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of legal issues affecting technology transactions.
• Experience advising on privacy and data protection laws.
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex matters and client relationships independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted contract analysis tools.
