The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation, with exceptional academic credentials and superior research and writing skills.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal advice on complex insurance coverage issues involving professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage disputes to formulate effective legal strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related documents, including contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation, including arbitration and mediation.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare comprehensive analyses on insurance and reinsurance matters.
• Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance professionals, and internal teams to resolve insurance claims and coverage issues.
• Stay updated on changes in insurance law, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
• Prepare and argue legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation in court and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling insurance coverage issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
