Job Overview:

The candidate will represent a prominent client within the logistics and transportation sector, providing strategic legal guidance, managing diverse caseloads across multiple jurisdictions, and steering claims through comprehensive resolution processes. Duties:

• Independently oversee and manage extensive litigation caseloads from initiation to completion.

• Administer and direct nationwide claims management programs.

• Collaborate closely with partner-level attorneys and colleagues on complex legal matters.

• Act as primary liaison to clients, delivering timely updates and strategic recommendations.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements effectively, demonstrating superior negotiation and advocacy skills.

• Ensure strict adherence to applicable regulations, policies, and statutory guidelines.

• Contribute positively to team culture, fostering collaboration and professional support across practice groups.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in general casualty, administrative, commercial, or governmental litigation.

• Proven ability to independently manage litigation processes from initial claim through final resolution.

• Demonstrable skills in strategic negotiation and settlement processes.

• Prior experience or familiarity with transportation, trucking, logistics, or related regulatory environments is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge or previous involvement in emerging legal areas relating to e-commerce or gig economy sectors is advantageous.

• Experience supervising national-scale liability claim portfolios is desirable.

• Proven capacity to counsel clients effectively.

• Familiarity with eDiscovery procedures and protocols is preferred.

• Solid experience in legal project management and process optimization preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law institution.

Certifications:

• Current license to practice law in at least one U.S. state jurisdiction.
