SUMMARY:

This position’s responsibilities include assisting in the proactive evaluation of current pay programs with an eye toward continuous improvement implementation of new compensation programs and supporting the overall strategic initiatives of the compensation team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Developing and enhancing solutions and tools that streamline Compensation processes and systems.

Building process flows and creating a sustainable hourly wage review validation process during HLWR (hourly labor wage review) and off cycle increases.

Partnering with cross functional teams in Compensation to identify areas of process improvements

Analyzing on large data sets and creating various reports using Alteryx and other reporting tools.

Partnering with HRC to support knowledge article edits and creation.

Maintaining and/or creating various ad hoc and customized reports for both internal and external customers to include senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 3 plus years of compensation and/or relevant experience.

Computer Skills: Requires advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Applications such as PowerPoint Access and Excel. Proficiency and or experience with visual basic coding preferred. Experience with data analytical tools such as Alteryx preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable creating and presenting materials to varied audiences. Ability to communicate and translate complex technical details to end users and client groups.

Special Skills:

Project management skills to simultaneously manage a complex variety of tasks

Comfortable taking ownership

Detail oriented with advanced analytical skills

Excellent people skills and ability to work well in a cross functional team environment

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Supervisory: NA

Travel: 1 to 4 trips per year.
