Duties

• Handle motion practice and contested hearings.
• Manage all family law matters, including divorce, custody, domestic violence, and support.
• Conduct trials, mediation, and ISCs.
• Collaborate with the principal attorney, of counsel, and support staff.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of New Jersey family law experience.
• Demonstrated courtroom and litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and caseload independently.
• Professional, team-oriented approach.
• NJ Bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
