Duties

• Conduct research on case law, statutes, and legal precedents to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and persuasive arguments.
• Prepare and respond to interrogatories, disclosures, and document production.
• Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
• Communicate clearly with clients, agencies, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Analyze case law, statutes, and facts to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona, in good standing.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in insurance defense, municipal litigation, and commercial litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
