The candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience representing and advising companies experiencing financial difficulties, lenders, and creditors in complex business reorganizations, debt restructurings, and financing matters (ideally debtor-side experience). We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools. Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
