A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join its Business Law Department in Milwaukee, WI. Duties

• Handle complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Engage in private equity transactions and general business counseling.
• Review and draft commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Two to four years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in-person at the Milwaukee office.
• Superior academic credentials.

Education

• Law degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice in Wisconsin or eligibility to waive into WI Bar.
