The Personal Injury Attorney will handle personal injury claims, including negotiations, settlements, and managing a caseload of personal injury cases. The role requires proficiency in legal procedures, strong oral advocacy skills, and collaboration.

Duties:

• Conduct hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
• Manage inventory of personal injury cases
• Handle personal injury claims and negotiate settlements
• Draft and respond to motions
• Present oral arguments in legal proceedings
• Take and defend depositions

Requirements:

• Admittance to the Texas State Bar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law
• Bilingual proficiency
• Experience with negotiation and settlement of personal injury cases
• Proficiency in MS Office 2010 products

Skills:

Education:
