• Collaborate with partners, financial advisors, and clients on estate planning strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in laws affecting real estate and estates.

Requirements

• Expertise in real estate law and probate.
• Strong knowledge of buyer/seller conveyance and due diligence processes.
• Experience with commercial real estate and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Current Massachusetts Notary Commission.
