Business Litigation Secretary
The candidate will be maintaining schedules/calendaring. Assisting with trial preparation. Performing secretarial functions associated with firm administrative tasks, including maintaining paperless litigation files, processing new client/matter requests, client bills, time reports, and expense reports. Completing other job duties as assigned. Proofreading and redlining work for accuracy, format, grammar, and punctuation. Should have experience and comfort without supervision are needed in preparing legal documents for filing and service with courts and opposing counsel. Should have 3 years of secretarial and/or paralegal litigation experience is a must. Attention to detail; demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. Must possess a high degree of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), and be able to work well in a paperless environment.
