Duties

• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients.
• Converse with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather information.
• Appear as legal counsel at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation.
• Research case law and gather relevant evidence such as insurance policies and medical records.
• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• State Bar Association membership and a California State License to practice law.
• Minimum of three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience.
• Understanding of personal injury law, tort law, medical terminology, and civil litigation.
• Computer proficiency is essential.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in California.
