A prominent national litigation firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney with deep experience in premises liability and general liability defense to join its San Francisco-based team. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of litigation experience, with preferred exposure to negligent security and catastrophic loss claims. Location

Duties

• Draft pleadings, legal memoranda, dispositive motions, and other court documents

• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials

• Independently manage litigation caseload from intake to resolution

• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas and office locations

• Provide strategic legal counsel and regular updates to clients

• Participate in and contribute to national coordinating counsel efforts

• Develop and execute case strategy with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in litigation, including:

  • Premises liability

  • General liability

  • Catastrophic injury defense

  • Insurance defense matters

• Trial experience required (first or second chair)

• Experience with dispositive motion practice

• Familiarity with negligent security cases preferred

• Legal project management experience is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California

• In good standing with the California State Bar
