A law firm seeks a dynamic attorney with 4+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Law to join their practice in Pine Brook, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of law, medicine, and innovation, leading sophisticated matters and mentoring the next generation of attorneys.

Duties

• Advise pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and healthcare clients on complex market access, managed care, and regulatory issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys on high-impact projects.
• Draft and negotiate critical contracts, including manufacturer, payor, and licensing agreements.
• Build compliance frameworks for clients in an evolving regulatory landscape.
• Partner with executives and founders as a trusted business and legal strategist.

Requirements

• J.D. with 4+ years in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical law.
• Licensed (or eligible) in NJ or NY; other admissions a plus.
• Experience in pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory compliance required.
• Prior supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Background in pharmacy or healthcare (RPh, PharmD, RN, etc.) a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in NJ or NY (or eligible)
