A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join its team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced litigator with a strong background in North Carolina personal injury law. The position involves managing a full caseload from filing through resolution-including trial-and offers the opportunity to advocate meaningfully on behalf of injured clients. Location:

• Charlotte, North Carolina

Duties:

• Represent personal injury clients in North Carolina District and Superior Courts

• Handle cases through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial

• Conduct legal research and analyze case facts to assess liability and damages

• Collaborate with expert witnesses and take/defend depositions

• Draft persuasive legal briefs and trial arguments

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings with professionalism and clarity

• Maintain regular and empathetic communication with clients throughout the litigation process

• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance team performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience in North Carolina

• Proven ability to independently manage a litigation docket

• Strong record of courtroom advocacy and strategic case handling

• Commitment to client-centered legal service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina (required)

• Admission to the South Carolina Bar is a plus
