Duties

• Manage legal defense for workers' compensation cases from start to finish
• Handle all aspects of discovery and litigation
• Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and negotiations
• Provide proactive case management throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements

• Active member of the State Bar of California
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiating abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to handle work-related stress and complex situations

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
