Job Duties:

  • Provide legal representation and counsel in various litigation matters, with a focus on family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and support.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
  • Maintain organized and detailed case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, and develop strategic plans for their cases.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management and high-quality client service.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar license in good standing.
  • 1-2 years of litigation experience, with a preference for family law.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:
