The candidate will be working closely with attorneys to provide support throughout the entire litigation process of a case. Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery documents, demands, motions and memorandum. Communicating with clients, courts, opposing counsel and other parties involved in cases. Performing administrative functions for an attorney, including calendaring hearings and deadlines, and management of mail and faxes. Conducting legal research and factual investigation. Setting up cases for trial including preparation of trial binders and exhibits. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Spanish skills are preferred.
