Personal Injury Paralegal

We are a small but busy Plaintiff’s side Personal Injury Law Firm. We are seeking an experienced full-time Personal Injury Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation Paralegal. You should be highly motivated, detail oriented, and a team member. You will be assisting Attorneys in handling cases from intake until settlement and must be able to work with Attorneys and other Paralegals. You must have the ability to exercise good judgment and meet deadlines.

Your responsibilities will include:

• ordering and summarizing medical records and employment records



• drafting letters



• preparing court documents for filing



• assisting in propounding and responding to discovery



• assisting in drafting mediation briefs



• assisting in drafting demand letters



• assisting in trail preparation



• communicating with clients



• and providing support for multiple attorneys as well as senior paralegals.

Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
