Duties

• Manage state court litigation with a focus on property casualty and 1st party property cases.
• Draft and review legal documents including petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Engage in business development activities to enhance legal practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Proven experience managing state court litigation; federal court experience preferred.
• Admission to the Iowa Bar required; additional jurisdictions are advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Iowa.
