Duties

• Lead case handling from initial investigation to final resolution.
• Appear in court and participate in mediations.
• Conduct depositions and manage written discovery.
• Engage in law and motion activities.
• Prepare for arbitration and trial, and perform related litigation tasks.
• Optional new case generation with additional compensation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California; Arizona and Nevada admissions are a plus.
• Minimum of one year of litigation practice.
• Ability to independently manage a large caseload and direct client relationships.
• Mediation experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California
