Gaffney office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be checking email, returning messages, checking in with their own assigned case manager, and preparing for court. Will consist of court, other legal proceedings, working case-related tasks, and more. Be responsible for the following: New client consultations, attending court, mediations, and depositions; Research and preparing cases for court; Case Reviews, PAG Team Training; Communicating with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing; Ensuring the ultimate client experience; Current client meetings by providing top-quality customer service; Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases; All other requirements to navigate the case from start to finish. Previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred; all levels will be considered. Must be a licensed member of the South Carolina Bar in good standing.
