Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies.
• Experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm.
• Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Proven ability to counsel venture-backed companies.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
