Associate Attorney – Estate Planning
The candidate will meet with prospective and existing clients to provide estate planning recommendations. Draft the applicable documents and see the process through signing. Work closely with assistant/paralegal team to ensure clients’ needs are met, including ensuring timely communication. Must be a licensed attorney in the state of California with 5+ years of experience in Estate Planning and/or Trust Administration and have a solid reputation in the legal community. Working knowledge of Wealth Counsel is preferred.
