Responsibilities: Assisting the General Counsel in all relevant firm-wide initiatives, including growing the business nationally and internationally, and complying with all relevant laws and regulations. Assisting the Chief of Compliance in all relevant firm-wide initiatives, including maintaining compliance with corporate practice of medicine, telehealth, and fee-splitting laws. Preparation of drafts of all varieties of franchise-oriented documents including franchise agreements and area development agreements. Assists the Chief of Compliance with all healthcare law-related issues, including as they pertain to corporate practice of medicine, telehealth, and fee-splitting laws and regulations. Assist Restore with implementing new franchise-related technologies (Franconnect experience a big plus). Assisting the co-founders with any and all matters they may need your assistance with from time to time.
