Duties

• Handle local and national accounts throughout California.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests.
• Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
• Prepare court filings and manage e-filing processes.
• Support trial preparation and maintain accurate time records.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in construction defect practice areas.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state of California.
• Experience with motion practice and depositions.
• Ability to take lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Capable of independent work and efficient organization.
• Superior research and writing skills.
• Ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of California.
