The candidate should have experience supporting a corporate transactional practice. Must have experience drafting and negotiating various agreements including non-disclosure agreements, customer and vendor contracts. Experience creating and managing agreement templates is required. Experience managing an Intellectual Property Portfolio a strong plus. Must have strong organizational skills.
