Requirements

  • 11 years of experience in real estate law with a focus on commercial leasing.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating and drafting complex lease agreements.
  • Strong understanding of California real estate laws and regulations.
  • Experience handling high-profile clients and large-scale transactions.
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
