Duties

• Handle medical malpractice defense litigation with a minimum of four years of experience.
• Appear regularly in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
• Develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to insurers and corporate clients.
• Work independently on assigned caseloads.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills.
• Foster an entrepreneurial growth mindset for client development.
• Collaborate with a team to creatively solve problems.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum four years of litigation experience.
• First-chair trial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters.

• Commitment to client service and ethical legal practice.
