Duties: Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness. Handle communication with clients, etc. Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, cases, and any relevant documents. Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence. Monitor deadlines and calendar court dates. Edit and finalize legal process documents. File with State and Federal courts including e-filing, & coordinate state bar registrations. Oversee all document management, including but not limited to organizing and filing corporate and project documents, maintaining document logs, and posting documentation in virtual data rooms to support corporate and project financings. Coordinate weekly summary for investor and lender reporting. Coordinate approval of payment on third-party invoices. Manage team calendar, coordinate light travel. Prepare and send government agency filings and third-party correspondence via FedEx and USPS. General administrative duties, such as answering phones, expense reports and other tasks as needed.
