This is a full-time hybrid position involving a dynamic caseload of complex personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, toxic torts, aviation incidents, and vehicular accidents. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a desire to represent seriously injured clients in high-stakes cases.

Duties

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, including in state and federal court

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements

• Conduct depositions and legal research

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and case management conferences

• Advise clients regarding legal rights and potential strategies

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel

• Ensure compliance with legal standards, deadlines, and procedures

• Manage all aspects of case files from inception through resolution

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience handling personal injury or civil litigation matters

• Proven ability to handle cases independently and take lead on litigation tasks

• Familiarity with catastrophic injury, mass tort, or toxic tort litigation preferred

• Experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy is a plus

• Demonstrated client service orientation and case management capability

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California (required)
