• Stay informed on local, state, and federal tenant protection laws.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in tenant rights or housing law.
• Strong advocacy skills and ability to litigate habitability cases effectively.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Dedication to tenant advocacy and social justice.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
• Fluency in Spanish or another language commonly spoken by tenants.
• Ability to travel to LA Courthouses for necessary FSC and trials.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
