Job Overview: The Blockchain Crypto Associate Attorney will provide legal support and counsel on matters related to blockchain technology and cryptocurrency within the firm. They will work closely with clients in private offerings, venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions, ensuring compliance and facilitating transactions within the evolving crypto business landscape.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support on blockchain technology and cryptocurrency matters.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating private offerings, venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to address legal issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm, preferably in private offerings, venture capital, or tech company corporate transactions.
• Experience or strong interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Membership to the State Bar of New York.
• Exceptional academic credentials with a focus on corporate law.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education/Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Membership to the State Bar of New York.
