The candidate will rotate through a few different practice areas including commercial litigation, real estate, intellectual property, bankruptcy and employment law. Handle various legal research and writing assignments such as briefs and memos, conduct corporate and real estate due diligence and observe client meetings. Should be a good writer and communicator, have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines, and have the ability to handle multiple assignments. This is an eight week program starting July 6th. Will be expected to work 30 hours a week.
