Duties: Reviewing and interpreting the most high risk and complex legal orders or legal documents by conducting analysis to identify any production-related exposure and ensuring compliance of summons and subpoenas, levies and/or other legal documents on behalf of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to include multiple lines of businesses. Reviewing and approving large dollar value or time sensitive legal orders and legal documents in line with established procedures. Analyzing work product of less experienced staff for high risk and complex legal orders and documents to ensure high quality processing and provides clear direction to remediate deficiencies. Ensuring identified risks, errors, and/or complex problems are clearly researched, documented and interacts with appropriate parties as necessary for timely resolution. Using subject matter expertise to identify and perform ongoing potential risk-related reviews and generates reports summarizing results. Leading projects or initiatives to improve operational performance that follow and support policies and procedures to reduce risk exposure. Mentoring and/or training less experienced Operations Legal Specialists on high risk legal orders and legal documents. May back up Operations Legal Specialist Lead in their absence and assist with advanced trainings.
