Duties:

• Represent employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers' compensation claims.

• Ensure swift case resolution while exceeding client expectations.

• Leverage technology to maximize workflow efficiency between attorneys, assistants, and adjusters.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to strategize case handling.

• Maintain a client-focused approach with a commitment to excellence in every case.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation defense.

• Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations.

• Comfort with technology and the ability to use it to improve workflow and case handling.

• Must be a licensed attorney in California (California Bar License required).

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Must be licensed to practice law in California.

Certifications:

• California State Bar License (Required)

• Ability to manage workers' compensation defense cases from start to finish.
