A law firm seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to join its growing practice in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in various cases such as slip and fall, security negligence, wrongful death, and animal attacks.

Duties

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar Association membership.
