Duties

• Represent whistleblowers in complex litigation cases.
• Manage all aspects of litigation dockets independently.

• Handle discovery and depositions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of complex litigation experience.
• Experience in government litigation or plaintiff-side whistleblower cases preferred.
• Strong legal writing skills.
• Active state license in good standing in NY or CT.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar license in NY or CT.

Skills

• Ability to manage complex litigation independently.
