Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, preferably pre-litigation.
• Proven negotiation expertise and record of favorable settlements.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Collaborative team player in a client-centered culture.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting using modern tools.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in Texas.
