Senior Counsel, Commercial Services

The candidate will provide transactional legal support to Commercial Services, including documenting factoring transactions, documenting and advising with respect to supply chain finance transactions, documenting bulk receivables purchase transactions, assisting in portfolio maintenance matters and advising with respect to asset-based lending transactions. Assist with the structuring of new business transactions. Support launches of new supply chain finance structures and platforms. Advice on a variety of issues involving creditors’ rights with an emphasis on trade creditors’ rights. Endeavor to provide legal support to Commercial Services without significant reliance on outside counsel and if outside counsel is used, manage outside counsel to provide quality and cost-effective representation. Respond to day-to-day issues arising within the segment and provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution in a manner that appropriately balances legal risk and business unit needs.
