Duties

• Advise clients on healthcare regulatory compliance and policy issues.
• Represent healthcare providers in regulatory and transactional matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with team members on complex healthcare projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare regulatory matters.
• Experience with long-term care and senior living providers preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare investors and lenders is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
