Duties:

• Handle diverse litigation cases across personal injury, family law, medical negligence, and general civil disputes

• Collaborate closely with seasoned attorneys, associates, and legal support staff

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal memoranda

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Participate in strategy development and case management

• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in active litigation practice

• Background in one or more of the following: personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, commercial litigation, or civil litigation

• Admitted to the Indiana Bar and in good standing

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Indiana

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing capabilities

• Proficient oral advocacy and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
