The candidate will serve as a focal point for the privacy compliance program. Function as an independent and objective body that reviews, promotes, and evaluates privacy issues/concerns within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. The broad scope of interaction with individuals at all levels of the organization: executive leadership, management, staff, medical staff, and third parties, including Federal and state government representatives, and federal, state, and local law enforcement representatives. Oversee and monitor the privacy program. Prepare reports to the Board and the Corporate Responsibility Steering Committee detailing privacy initiatives on a regular basis. Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies, procedures, and practices for the privacy program, including the handling of patient data.
